Appartement d'environ 150m2 en duplex avec 5 chambres privatives et des parties communes : Cuisine, salle de bain, 2 WC, salon, coin bureau, grande terrasse et cellier. A proximité, des commerces et d'un centre-ville agréable avec marché, cinéma, théâtre, piscine, restaurants, parc pour le footing. Le RER à 10mm à pied permet de se rendre tant dans la zone de Roissy que dans le centre de Paris en 20mn. Les locataires actuels sont de jeunes actifs ou alternants de 23 à 35 ans. Il y règne une excellente ambiance et une grande bienveillance avec de nombreux moments de partages autour des apéros et des repas en commun. Hygiène, respect des autres et bon esprit sont des impératifs. PS: les étudiants alternants ou en stage sont la bienvenue....
